Return Policy
As an online shopper we understand that you may or may not be 100% happy with something purchased from us. There can be many reasons for this, so we have designed a one year warranty return policy to accommodate everyone. The product we sell can be very technical, so please call us at 214-306-8031 for questions about the installation or operation of the product before just pulling it out of your vehicle. For best support during installation, please try installing it Mon-Fri from 10am-5pm CST.
Warranty for first 30-day after purchased:
If for any reason your unhappy with anything you bought from us you can return it for a full refund of the product price (before shipping, unless otherwise discussed). If you like the product but it is defective we can send out a replacement part w/ a pre-paid return shipping label so you can send back the original. Please contact us in the 'MY ACCOUNT' section 'Help Desk' link or via phone 214-306-8031 to discuss these returns.
Warranty for something miss-described in our product description:
If for any reason we miss-represented anything you bought from us you can return it for a full refund of the product price (including shipping). Please contact us in the 'MY ACCOUNT' section 'Help Desk' link and we will send you a return label for our mistake so that you will not be out any money returning the product.
Warranty after first 30-days until 1 year after purchased:
If for any reason something you bought from us goes bad or doesn't work for at least one year after purchasing we will exchange it for a new one. Please file for a RMA in the 'MY ACCOUNT' section 'MY RMAs' link. Once we receive it back we will exchange it for a new one and send it back out to you.
